• The rental fee per table is 70$
• Tables are  8′ X 2′ and include 2-4 chairs as required
• Assistance with loading and unloading materials
• Saturday’s lunch is included
• Snacks are included
• Tea and coffee is free

Price does not include tablecloths or extension cords;

An exhibitor can register a maximum of 4 representatives if 3 or more tables are rented, 3 representatives for 2 tables and 2 representatives for one table.

Advertising (70$)

• Logo with hyperlink and company description (100 words) in the Partners Page of the ACPEQ Conference website
• Logo at the bottom of the page in the Conference email communication or communiqués
• Logo and company description (100 words) on the Partners Page of the ACPEQ Conference Guide.
• Insertion of your advertising material in the grab bag prepared for the 200 participating families  OR
• Distribution of an e-newsletter to our attendees and members about your products
