The Association of Christian Parent-Educators of Québec offers a graduation ceremony and would like to extend an invitation to all 2018 graduates to participate in honouring your achievements. This ceremony is being offered to publicly honour the graduate’s accomplishments.
We are excited to offer this service to you and your graduate. Please be attentive to deadlines and requests to ensure the success of the graduation.

- $45,00 per graduate for teens registered for the conference as a volunteer.
- $60,00 ($15 + $45) per graduate for teens who only participate in the Graduation ceremony.
Registration is mandatory and will end Friday, May 22th, 2020.
Parents must be registered for the conference and are encouraged to attend.

Explanation of the graduation fee
The price will include the facility rental, cap and gown rental, keepsake tassel, diploma, photographer fee, small reception, program costs and incidentals. Once the graduate is registered instructions will follow as needed.
How to Register
Only ACPEQ members can register for the graduation. Please complete the graduation information on the conference registration form with the graduate’s name, contact phone number, contact e-mail address (one which you check frequently because this will be the main line of communication).
How long is the actual graduation ceremony?
The graduation ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. The actual ceremony lasts approximately 40 minutes.
What is the actual graduation ceremony like?
We will have the processional of students and the presentation of diplomas with tributes read as the student receives his/her diploma.
How many guests may I invite to the ceremony?
Once the graduate is registered, instructions will follow as needed and you will be asked to indicate the number of family and friend guests you are inviting. Guests who do not attend the ACPEQ Conference will be permitted to enter the area of Collège Letendre for the graduation ceremony only, with no fee for entry.
