Réal has been a pastor and historian for over 30 years and France is a francization teacher for immigrants. They have been married since 1993 and have two boys: Michael and Jonathan. Together, they chose to homeschool as a mode of education for their two boys, both in elementary and secondary school. They are strong advocates and remain convinced that it is the mandate of parents to ensure the education of their children.
