Ruth Boisvert-Blair
Ruth Boisvert-Blair has been homeschooling for 15 years. She also teaches music from her home. Before her oldest child was born, she attended her first homeschooling conference, “pushed” by friends who encouraged her to consider this option. At that time, she was not very interested in that educational method. However, five years later, she began to consider this option again for her oldest child. She started her homeschool at that time, and she and her husband then chose to continue with their other children. The journey was well worth it.

Q&A : Interacting with the DEM - Required documents
The Direction de l’Enseignement à la Maison has been in place for 3 years now. The demands have changed over the years, so it can be difficult to understand them! Many people seem to have questions about the relevance, form and content of the documents we are required to send. Thamara, Ruth and Sinead will take the time to guide you and answer any questions you may have regarding the various documents required during the school year and the way to interact with the DEM.
