A word from the vice-president

Greetings to all of you. I wish you a year filled with grace and love. I encourage you to persevere in your plans to home school your children and know that the one who began this good work in you is faithful and powerful. He will accompany you to the end.

We are not in this adventure of home schooling by chance. God, who placed this venture on our hearts, anticipated, even before the birth of our children, these undertakings to bless them in this society in which we live.

God has seen and prepared everything:

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”(Jeremiah 1:5 ESV)

“Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” (Psalms 139.16 NIV)

We have been set apart to serve God as a family, to equip our children according to the word of God and to accompany them in their learning. This is a noble mission that gives glory to God.

In 2023, let these two verses penetrate deep into your heart. Sometimes as parents, husband or wife, we go through difficult seasons and fight against any form of discouragement…I am not enough…….I did not do enough…..I should have done or not done…….I should have said or not said. Let us remember that God is the Alpha and Omega and that his plans are perfectly fulfilled in our lives. Despite our mistakes and failures, his plan still has the final say in our lives. Despite our imperfections and those of our children, God has destined us to become the people he wants us to be.

Let us remain in prayer and receive with joy this word which has been given to us.

No matter what disappointments, unfortunate events, rebellion, chosen paths, or injustices our children experience, even into adulthood, God still has a perfect plan for them. No matter the gap between the ideal you imagined before they were born and the reality you are living now, God has a perfect plan for them. No matter what our eyes see today, the divine eyes of our Lord have seen their gifts, talents, potential, and unique calling in life since the beginning of time.

Where we see only limitation, insecurity, and misunderstanding in the lives of our children, God sees extraordinary potential in the making. He is above our challenges, problems, and disappointments, and in him all things work together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose.

Let us stand firm, let us keep our eyes on the plans of God who sees further than we do.
