Kiosk

• The rental fee per table is 70$

• Tables are  8′ X 2′ and include 2-4 chairs as required
• Assistance with loading and unloading materials
• Saturday’s lunch is included
• Snacks are included
• Tea and coffee is free

Price does not include tablecloths or extension cords;

An exhibitor can register a maximum of 4 representatives if 3 or more tables are rented, 3 representatives for 2 tables and 2 representatives for one table.

• Pre-conference
  • Logo with hyperlink and description of your company in the Partners section of the ACPEQ conference website;
  • Logo at the bottom of the page in the conference e-mail messages;
  • An email newsletter about your products will be sent to the 550+ subscribers to our newsletter.

• At the conference
  • Logo and description of your company in the Partners section of the Participant’s Guide ;
  • Insertion of your promotional item in the conference bag (200 copies);
  • Your company logo in the Partners section of the slideshow presented prior to each of 5 plenary/workshops session in the Auditorium.
