Dear members and friends,
Stepping up our advocacy efforts
We are very encouraged by all your actions taken in response to the new proposed amendments to the regulation. We have received several positive and enlightening accounts of the steps taken with your MNAs. Some people even arranged meetings with their local media. Fantastic!
We feel confident that this will bear fruit. We would like to remind you that the preferred action is a letter to your MNA with a copy sent to Minister Roberge and Premier Legault.
Please encourage your family members, friends and acquaintances to do the same. Personally, I am aware of more than 20 different citizens who are doing it or will do it shortly.
Another simple endeavour!
As a small additional effort, it is also advisable to send your letters to:
Madame Stéphanie Vachon
Secrétaire générale
Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur
1035, rue De La Chevrotière, 15e étage
Québec (Québec) G1R 5A5
phone: 418-643-3810, extension 3927
email: stephanie.vachon@education.gouv.qc.ca
Your letter can be sent as an attachment to your email. It will be part of the reports that will be presented to the Minister.
Next Facebook Live session
We will hold a Facebook Live session on Monday, April 22 to update you on how the situation is progressing.
« For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. » Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

ACPEQ is composed of dedicated volunteers who generously invest their time and talents to advance and support the cause of homeschooling.
A large number of volunteer families within ACPEQ is essential to enable us to offer the services that support homeschooling, improve support for members, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our association. A wide volunteer base is what will permit us to influence the next generation of homeschooling families. Be involved – become an ACPEQ volunteer.
